The Department of Environmental Protection compiled records for inspection, but made them available for the requester's review and copying at their offices, refusing to make copies and mail the records as requested.
The Office of Open Records ruled that the DEP did not fully comply with its duties under the Right to Know Law, which include copying and certifying the documents requested, and submitting them to the requester upon payment of applicable fees.
