Denied: A request for records about the cost of constructing a glass enclosure at a toll plaza on the ROute 1 bridge from the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission.
The DRJTBC had initially provided other requested records about bridge construction-reconstruction and alteration, but had not provided records requested about the glass enclosure. After the requesters filed an appeal with the Office of Open Records, the DRJTBC provided some records relating to the glass enclosure, but provided a sworn affidavit that it did not have any additional documents.
The OOR ruled that the DRJTBC had met its burden of proving that it had no further records.
