Granted: A request for unredacted certified payroll forms for a contractor on a school renovation project, from the Quakertown School District. The district provided the records, but redacted employee names.
The Office of Open Records stated that names of employees are not exempt from disclosure, and that the district didn't prove that names of employees performing work under public works projects are exempt from disclosure.
