Granted: A request to Butler County Community College for payroll records, including name and home addresses, of a third-party contractor.
BCCC failed to respond to the request within five business days, but did provide redacted copies of the requested records, without providing any reason for the redactions and without providing any appeal information, as required by the Right to Know Law.
The Office of Open Records referred BCCC to its earlier rulings on similar cases (Green v. Bethlehem Area School District and Green vs. Pocono Mountain School District), and the district declined to provide any support for its redactions.
