Granted: Full time-response report for 911 calls

Granted in part and denied in part: A request to York County for data about emergency/ambulance calls.
From the Pennsylvania Freedom of Information Coalition

Granted in part and denied in part:
A request to York County for data about emergency/ambulance calls. The county had provided some but not all the information sought by the requester related to 911 call time-response logs, which are expressly public in the Right to Know Law.

The Office of Open Records concluded that the county properly withheld narrative information that could be protected as not being part of the time-response log data, but that it did not make a case for not providing all the time-response information requested.
